About Facility Fieldguide

Facility Fieldguide creates practical digital tools for custodial supervisors and facilities managers. Our goal is to make everyday operational information easier to organize, document, and use.

Our toolkit brings together editable Excel worksheets and printable PDF forms covering daily inspections, staffing, inventory, and maintenance. Review each product’s included files and requirements in the catalog before purchasing.

We believe useful tools should be adaptable, straightforward, and original. Keep your facility’s policies and safety procedures at the center of your work, and never include confidential employer information in shared templates.
